Emotions are a guide that help us fully experience this life on 3D Planet Earth. Emotions are perceived as both positive and negative and register as pain – good pain and bad pain. It is just their perception that dictates how we feel about them. So change your perception, so they are all good, and there to helps us on our journey here.
If you knew that awareness of emotions in this simple way, would you let them dominate your life. Or would you just accept there feeling (pain) and allow yourself to feel them and move them up and down the scale of impact as you learn to accept their presence and feeling.
Emotions do not go away they just change in frequency and impact. The more we fight against them the more intense the pain gets.
Example: FEAR you just feel it instantly, accept it and move on. Stopping the Trigger from forming.
Exploring Emotions – Why we have them? What are they for? Change Negative emotional reactions into Positive or not so harsh and debilitating.
From personal experience you can change your perception, through acceptance of the emotion and the pain that is registering when you feel it. You can with practice change the way your perceive the pain. Give it a positive perspective. Imagine FEAR reaction becoming a positive reaction.
Emotion Duration – How long do you want to feel the pain of the emotion that you are feeling?
