Happiness is a positive and pleasant emotion, ranging from contentment to intense joy. Moments of happiness may be triggered by positive life experiences or thoughts, but sometimes it may arise from no obvious cause.
If you knew that awareness of emotions in this simple way, would you let them dominate your life. Or would you accept there feeling (pain) and allow yourself to feel them and move them up and down the scale as you learn to accept their presence and feeling.
Emotions do not go away they just change in frequency and impact. The more we fight against them the more intense the pain gets.
As Happiness is a positive emotion we never want it to disappear. But occasionally other emotions override the really good ones. Or we attached a situation with them, and when that situation changes we think we can only be happy in that situation. Instead of just finding the happiness inside us that is constantly within you.
Finding Happiness is at its best when you find it within you and then you can share it with anyone.
