Emotions are a guide that help us experience this life on 3D Planet Earth. Emotions are both positive and negative and register as pain – good pain and bad pain. 

Emotions are there to guide us to learn and grow on our journey of life here on 3D Planet Earth. There are felt via pain, both good and bad.

The most basic emotions were associated with sensations of elevated activity in the upper chest area, likely corresponding to changes in breathing and heart rate.

Panic attacks are a type of fear response. They’re an exaggeration of your body’s normal response to danger, stress or excitement.

Emotional triggers, also called mental health triggers or psychological triggers, are things (e.g. memories, objects, people) that spark intense negative response – triggering the Fight or Flight Response. 

The fight or flight response is an automatic physiological reaction to an event that is perceived as stressful or frightening.

Emotions are necessary to get the full experience of living on 3D Planet Earth. By allowing us to feel our experiences. They enable us to learn and grow. Imagine if we did not have them. We would just exist numbly, or if the emotions where only GOOD or only BAD.

Do emotions really have the impact you think they do? Imagine if the perception of emotions, was just that a perception – a perception that can be changed. And that emotions do really exist the way they are said to exist.

FEAR as an example – is just a reaction to something you don’t like. So why do we allow our body to react the way it does with the intensity that they do. What if you decided that FEAR was just a tiny reaction the body has. Life would then be so much easier.

What if all your negatives emotions where treated as positive emotions? You can change your perspective on all those negative emotions – as they are just your perception at that moment time. From personal experience you can change your perception, through acceptance of the emotion and that pain is registering when you feel it. With practice change the way your perceive the pain – accept it and give it a positive perspective – as it is only a warning – it is not there to harm you.

I have started to learn about what real emotions mean to me. I have always felt emotions before I even knew they where happening. I found a TV programme – Heartland – from Canada that taught me what families should be like.

I know I was born into my family to enable me to learn the lessons that I needed to learn from this journey.

The character Amy Fleming showed me what empathy and compassion really looks and feels like, it also helped she was female. As all the females I have met reinforce what I was born into. And why I always felt in the wrong place.

There are times when you just get inspired… 

Today was one of those. DOH Emotions have to fire before you know it…otherwise they would not work perfectly at the moment they are needed.

So I researched it by watching Heartland and knowing the scene – the emotion fired micro seconds before I knew it would happen. Now I understand and makes things so much easier to understand.

Now I seem to get it and can now enjoy emotions and what they feel like and when they fire. They are meant to be with you. You can too with a little practice.

From experience I have learnt the best way to make friends with your emotions is to accept them and know you are meant to have them and for them to fire as required. They are only looking after you. If you where in cave times it protects you you from the Sabre Tooth Tiger – setting you up to run away from it or fight it. Using the Fight & Flight Response.

I have found total Freedom from my emotions. By following my journey and learning my lessons as they appear. The more lessons you learn from the less emotions control you. That is not to say that some of the lessons are really hard and painful. Which I now know is why the population decide to not learn the lesson but keep as far away from them as possible.

Once you get the hang of emotions and learn to enjoy them – the good ones and the bad ones, and know they will never leave you. But you can actively manage them on a moment by moment basis.

Imagine if we where designed this way, so we can live life to the fullest possible. Emotions are one of the best ways to experience living on Planet Earth. Thank you for create this amazing way to experience life.
