Emotions are a guide that help us experience this life on 3D Planet Earth. Emotions are both positive and negative and register as pain – good pain and bad pain.

If you knew that awareness of emotions in this simple way, would you let them dominate your life. Or would you accept there feeling (pain) and allow yourself to feel them and move them up and down the scale as you learn to accept their presence and feeling.

Emotions do not go away they just change in frequency and impact. The more we fight against them the more intense the pain gets.

Stress is a particularly challenging emotion as it often kicks of the Fight and Flight Response – which can be triggered to happen automatically – which then becomes hard to overcome. But once you know what triggers the stress you can review it and change or overcome it.

Recognising the trigger is a great place to start the recovery process. And learn to breathe deeply.
