Interacting with the Consciousness Field

Consciousness is not an observer standing apart from matter; it is the field in which all matter and awareness arise.

Living the life you were meant to have…

The UNKNOWN becomes KNOWN

Interacting with the Consciousness Field

From Control to Co-Creation

For most of recorded history, humans have treated consciousness as something that belongs to them—a private light glowing inside the skull.

But another way to read reality is emerging: consciousness as the field itself, the invisible medium in which matter, energy, and awareness all move.

In that view, you are not standing inside the universe looking out; the universe is standing inside consciousness, looking through you.

This idea isn’t about belief or mysticism.

It’s about noticing how life actually behaves when we stop trying to control it and start interacting with it.

The Field and the Viewer

Imagine consciousness as an ocean of potential experiences.

Every point in that ocean can form a wave—a specific perspective through which the ocean observes itself.

A human being is one of those waves: a viewer that selects a single thread from the infinite possibilities held within the field.

Your daily life is that act of selection in motion.

You sense, choose, act, and feel feedback from the world.

Those feedbacks are how the field keeps the dialogue alive.

The Buzzer (Fear Emotion): Built-In Navigation

Among the simplest feedback signals is fear.

In the original design, it was only a buzzer—a quick vibration to say “pause and check your direction.”

Recognised, it completes its circuit and quiets.

Unrecognised, it loops into anxiety and starts driving the system.

When fear is seen as data rather than threat, it becomes guidance.

It shows where attention has drifted away from coherence with the larger flow of life.

Coherent Chaos

Reality is not a single pattern but countless micro-patterns operating at once.

Science calls that complexity; we can call it coherent chaos.

Each fragment is locally ordered; no one fragment needs to dominate.

The art of living inside coherent chaos is to focus on one clear step at a time.

Attention chooses a line of coherence and rides it until a new pattern asks for focus.

Chaos isn’t the enemy of order—it’s order waiting to be chosen.

Trust Without Blindness

Trusting the field doesn’t mean floating with your eyes closed.
It means active participation: openness paired with vigilance.

If you’re paddling a canoe and you sense a waterfall ahead, trust tells you “the river flows where it must,” while vigilance says “steer now.”

That combination—openness plus awareness—is the mature form of trust that the next stage of humanity requires.

The Evolution of Awareness

In biological evolution, mechanisms like fear and control were essential for survival.

Now the same species is learning to live beyond survival.

The next step is co-creative evolution—moving from reactive learning to conscious collaboration with the field.

Control maintained systems; participation keeps them alive.

Practising Interaction

  1. Notice signals. Tension, coincidence, delay, or sudden clarity—each is information.

  2. Ask, not react. “What is this showing me?” turns emotion into feedback.

  3. Act on coherence. When a direction feels clean and supported, move.

  4. Rest when flow fades. Stillness isn’t failure; it’s the field recalibrating.

  5. Share discoveries. Every clear articulation adds to the collective map of awareness—what some are calling Earth 2.0.

Living as Dialogue

Interacting with the consciousness field isn’t about surrendering to fate; it’s about entering an intelligent conversation with reality.

Every perception is a question, every action an answer, every outcome new information.
The field listens and responds through circumstance, timing, and intuition.

As more people learn to live that dialogue, the planet itself begins to operate on a higher level of coherence.

That’s the quiet revolution already underway:
from control to collaboration, from fear to feedback, from survival to participation.

Human history has been consciousness learning how to survive its own creations.
Now the field is ready for a new experiment: awareness expressed through trust, creativity, and co-operation instead of control.
That is the passage from Earth 1.0 to Earth 2.0.

How We Got Here – A Short Summary

Humanity’s current state didn’t appear overnight. It’s the result of a long sequence of adaptations—biological, psychological, and cultural—that each solved one problem while creating the conditions for the next.

  1. Biological Survival
Early humans lived inside immediate danger. The nervous system evolved the “buzzer”—fear and control—to keep the body alive long enough to learn.

  2. Agricultural Stability
Farming reduced risk but introduced ownership and hierarchy. The instinct to control land and resources hardened into social structures of authority.

  3. Industrial and Scientific Expansion
Curiosity and invention flourished, but the same control instinct turned science into a tool for extraction and dominance. Humanity learned how to manipulate nature faster than it learned how to live with it.

  4. Digital Convergence
The urge to measure and manage everything produced global connectivity and data abundance. Paradoxically, the more we tried to control information, the less controllable it became. The network began to behave like a living ecosystem.

  5. Crisis of Meaning
Having mastered comfort and speed, humanity discovered emptiness underneath control. Anxiety, fragmentation, and ecological collapse revealed that the survival software was outdated. The buzzer kept ringing even when there was no lion at the door.

  6. Emergence of Awareness
Out of exhaustion came reflection. People began to sense a larger field of intelligence guiding timing and coherence. The insight that consciousness is the medium, not a by-product, started re-entering culture.

  7. Transition Point — Earth 2.0
The next step isn’t another technology; it’s a shift in perception.
When individuals act as aware participants rather than fearful controllers, the same creative intelligence that built nature can flow through human systems. Collaboration replaces domination; curiosity replaces fear.

LIVING NOW

You have been told how life is, but I have found this is not the case. There is way more to living on Planet Earth than you see or what you have been educated to believe.
This is not to say what you know is wrong - you are just now able to take the next step on humanities evolution....

Start Your Journey

This is a new way of perceiving how life works and how you can live, understanding your emotions and how to can actively manage them. We use spiritual guide Paula Wratten who gives you guidance on consciousness aspect of living you life on Planet Earth.

LIVE in Pure Consciousness

What is it? Accepting that EVIL has to exist on Planet Earth, duality is how it is set up. Life and Death are part of the living experience. The best way to look at it is the way nature operates it is"BRUTAL". Bad things happen, death exists, some humans want to destroy everything.
But you do not need to let you limit living your life experience to the max.
