The hybrid phase is risky because old interfaces fail before regulation reaches critical mass.

1) Narrative vacuum panic

When people lose belief in leaders/media, some feel:

• abandoned

• unsafe

• angry
  They may seek stronger authority or cult certainty.

2) Scapegoating spikes

If humans aren’t regulated, truth exposure can produce:

• blame campaigns

• identity warfare

• violence loops

3) Institutional lag

Old organisations keep using old tools:

• more surveillance

• more paperwork

• more theatre
  This increases friction and distrust.

4) Uneven geography

Some regions become Earth-2.0 faster (regulated, resilient).
Others remain 1.0 (scarcity, dysregulated).
This creates mismatched expectations.

The fix isn’t more messaging. It’s more regulation + more transparency + simpler systems.
